By checking the box above you agree to the following:

• After downloading a form, whether a new one or a recently updated one, you will run several sample deals on it looking for any programming errors. If any are found you will report them immediately to Take/Note Software, Inc. via fax (707.897.0458) which will include the following:
  • A copy of the printed form
  • Notes explaining the error and also explaining what should be happening.
    
• You do not hold Take/Note Software, Inc. responsible for any rejected forms due to errant programming since it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the forms.
• We cannot and do not guaranty alignment on forms programmed from photo-copies.
• We cannot and do not guaranty alignment when forms are printed using a printer that is not on our recommended printer list.
